RATES & INSURANCE

Rates:

  • $160 for a 55-minute session for Individual, Couples, Family or Enneagram Coaching.
  • $100 for a 55-minute session for Pre-marital Counseling, plus if you complete 8 sessions, you get a certificate to receive a $60 discount on your marriage license. There is a minimum of 4 sessions.
  • $100 for cancelling a session within 24 hours of your appointment.

Insurance:

I am a private pay therapist, so I don’t file insurance claims for my clients.  Clients are responsible to pay the full session fee at the time of receiving services.

What I will provide is the proper documentation (Form CMS 1500) that will include your health insurance information so that you can file the claim with your insurance company following each session.
